In English:
As we are not good solfege note readers, hookpad helps us a lot with its colors! So a note displayed in the choice of notes of a scale should be the same as the one indicated in the melody window (melody track)
Hi and thanks for your request!
I’m not completely sure, but isn’t that already the case? But may be I missed something, could you provide more details to when the colors are not matching?
Regards!
Dennis
Hello, thank for your answer.
First of all I ask you to forgive me for my bad english.
I herewith send you a printscreen wich shows you the differences in colors with those shown in the upper side at the beginning of my arrows and the colors shown in the middle side of the harmony track at the ends of the arrows. In the melody track the colors are very light and it’s difficult to make the difference between dark blue or red etc…The colors of the chords are totally good . So when the zoom is activated the names of the notes are not shown and it’s hard to know the good pitch of the notes because of the colors of the lines.
Thank you for the clarification! I think the colors in the melody track need to be that light to have a good contrast to the actual notes you’ll be writing in that section. But I agree, it’s hard to tell them apart like this. One thing that might help would be to use another color palette. You can change them in the settings. Especially the second one has a better contrast between all adjacent notes and might work better for you.
Please let me know if that helped!
Dennis
Thanks for your answer. That’s better for my old eyes. Thank for your help.
