I am a subscriber to ChordCrush. I have been attempting to use the Level Up and Train modes in ChordCrush, but I am encountering an issue where the game does not start (I am able to select course levels without any issues). I am using the Google Chrome browser. I would greatly appreciate it if you could address this issue.

I discovered Chordcrush yesterday and was eager to start. But when I enter the games. The background is sort of dimmed and I am thrown out after a while. Nothing happens.
I tried chrome on windows 10 and on a recent Android.
While I don’t have a direct solution, I do have a couple of suggestions. Until the issue is resolved, you may want to consider using a different browser. For example, Microsoft Edge appears to be functioning properly. Additionally, it is worth considering discontinuing the use of this web application and requesting a refund from the operators until this problem is resolved.
Hi, have the same problem with Chrome on Android.
With the duckduckgo brwoser it works.

same here, hope they fix it soon. I’ve experienced this issue for few days hoping for a fix but nothing has been done yet.
Same thing with Edge - melody keeps looping but nothing is working.
