Is it possible to create a chord from scratch? Rather than arriving at it from the theoretical angle, can I just specify from the ground up each note that I want to be included in the chord? Even better would be the ability to do this using the piano keyboard graphic. Is that possible?

We added a new chord palette called “Tone Sets” a couple days ago that is in the direction of this. It isn’t a pure “create a chord with exactly these notes” feature; but it lets you pick a set of notes and see all chords that have those notes which I think will get you most of the way there.
