I’m paying for Hookpad+; I confirmed with my account screen but when I login it takes me to Hookpad, not Hookpad+. Even when I open a past project I know I did using Hookpad+, it takes me to Hookpad. Also some of the screens seem to have change. There used to be a “Let’s Get Started” button but I don’t see that anymore. I am in touch with support but thought someone may have had this same experience and has a fix for it.
I had a similar problem last night that was fixed when I closed the browser tab and re-opened it. Also try a different browser.
