I would like to cancel my subscription but there is no button or option to do so anywhere. I see where it shows my active subscriptions, yet there is no option to cancel. I am very upset about this and I would like this resolved immediately.
You have to log in on the Hooktheory page, then go to “My account”, then go to “Manage subs”. Then it will give you the option to cancel.
There isn’t a “manage subs” option under my account on the website. The only sub-options are Product Access and Account Details but nothing for subscription management
