Some of the tabs I have created (not all) show only a BLACK SCREEN where my information is and I cannot get to anything. Is there a reason for this? If it was for ALL my tabs I would figure it’s a browser issue but only a few are like that. Help?? Thanks!
@kippit, we have had reports of this happening in Chrome intermittently on certain computers. The solution is do disable hardware acceleration in Chrome’s settings. Here is how to do it:
- In Chrome go to Settings
- Scroll down to the bottom of the “Settings” page and click “Show Advanced Settings”
- Scroll down to the section that says “System” and uncheck the box that says “Use hardware acceleration when available”.
- Restart Chrome.
So far, this solution has worked for everyone that has reported the “Black Screen” issue.
