Can someone point me out on how to reset the BAND altogether to its original format. I have edited the whole thing over the years and really do not need to save the arrangements and instruments (included the default ones), I was wondering if it can all be reset to its default on my hookpad? thanks!

You can use the Hookpad Default template in the Band tab:
IIRC, this template is what new arrangements use, and the only template that non-subscription users of Hookpad can save their arrangements with.
