On the page where listing Theorytabs sorted by the artists’ initial letter, there is no link for artists whose names begin with a number or non-letter. The only way to reach these is to edit the letter in the URL with the number directly (for example http://www.hooktheory.com/theorytab/artists/3 gives “3 Doors Down” and “311”).

I can’t remember if this were ever added, but right now such an option still doesn’t exist on the artist listings.
