Does anyone know how to use the 'Aria" beta feature? Looks interesting, but no guidance anywhere in how too, actually, use it.

Sure. Select an empty section after something you’ve already written/sketched out, click the button, select chords/melody/both, pick a suggestion (a few are usually generated).
They seem to have made the mini visual previews bigger, which is good for picking out a suggestion initially, but you can preview (as in listen to) them on the project as well.
Keep in mind you need to accept the selection before it will become permanent.
