The Force and HookTheory have been the backbones in my musical journey and I do not see myself using anything else. I would love know if anyone else here has any experience using the MIDI Exports, I usually have to Transpose them once I load them on The Force but some of the variations just end up being the exact same thing as the default variation. Is there any sort of documentation showing a way to translate it?
Also wondering if anyone has been able to get HookTheory to recognize the signals from The Force?

Unfortunately I have no idea what “The Force” is, google just found just a lot of Star Wars entries. 
Is this a MIDI controller or some kind of DAW?
Hookpad is able to receive MIDI notes to play/record/step record melodies and chords but not any MIDI control signals like start/stop etc.
You said you needed to transpose your MIDI exports. Is this the case for all our instruments or just particular ones?
