I paid the Hooktheory account on September 6th. but I’m still waiting for the activation or for a response from the support department to my emails.

I found your account and activated it and responded to your support email from yesterday, sorry for the delay. It looks like your purchase was made while not signed in (so activation was not automatic) and the activation email that allows you to associate your purchase with the desired Hooktheory login got sent to a different email. Sorry for the confusion.
