When a Theorytab is being played, there should be a large timer showing the current time relative to the beginning of:
- the entire Theorytab, in the Hookpad editor;
- the associated YouTube video, in public Theorytabs;
- optionally, where the playback starts;
- optionally, the start marker for the associated YouTube video.
Apart from the traditional minute-second-millisecond display, the timer may also allow an alternative measure-beat-division display, employed in many DAWs.
Pretty much every sound player and music editor has such a timer, that it is a bit weird to see Hookpad not having one when its capability certainly matches that of several sequencers.
