Sly and the family Stone - "Family Affair" chords

I’m wanting to do a tab of Sly and the family Stone - “Family Affair” in light of Sly Stone’s passing.
But I can’t seem to figure out the chords. Specifically, the 2 chords in measure 3 and 7 of the chorus.

Not sure if the verse has anything like that but you can check.

This is what I’m hearing for the chorus:

There might be a 13th on the am7 and some other extensions I’ve missed, but the bassline is definitely D - Bb - A - G - C and I’m pretty sure all chords are in root position.
