Hi, I purchased a classroom teaching license, which was scheduled to be activated today. It is not. I also have not received any information about how to access the class subscription despite emailing support and messaging on IG/LinkedIn. I have tried to email founders Chris and Ryan as well, but their emails are coming back as “return to sender–not found.” Does anyone know if the company went belly up? If so, I’m out $$ and potentially my job as well as the camp I’m teaching today was designed around their software.

I’m very sorry for the set up issues you had. Teacher account setup is not automatic as the license starts a year from your desired start date and does require you to correspond with support to get it set up once you send payment.
I’m really sorry that wasn’t clear in the communication, and we will be making some changes to the process.
