Software development is iterative and often when you add/or fix one thing you break another.
A minor annoyance for one user can make Hookpad unusable for another so the previous minor version should always be kept available until there’s time to find/fix any issues introduced by the newest one.
The 12/14 update broke so many basic features for me it’s pointless to use.
With Reaper I can install hundreds of pre-release versions going back years, I’ll I’m asking for here is one.
I’m a recent subscriber and in the last month and a half there’s been two minor bugs fixed while introducing multiple major ones which doesn’t make a great first impression. I enjoy being a beta tester, but not when the beta is the main release with no way to use the last stable version.
