Kept telling me my password was incorrect, so I reset it.
I was able to get in once after the reset, but after I closed the tab it locked me back out.
I’m also getting this message telling I don’t have any network connection and I need to restore it…

I bought a license over a year ago.
Disbaled all my extensions, cleared my cache, used a different browser (Chrome instead of Firefox)…nothing works.
Tried reaching out via “Contact Us” on the Support tab but it 404s and Rick Rolls me instead.
Why is the site so busted? Very frustrating that I can’t use the software I paid for.
sounds like your DNS / ARP caches may be misbehaving. just checked – all my browsers Chrome, MS Edge, FireFox, and another anonymous one on my phone are all working as expected. i’m on a cable broadband (1.2Gps) network and W11 and Android OSes.

Thank you for the advice, I did the following…
- Opened the Command Prompt with admin privileges
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- ipconfig /flushdns
- Closed CMD and uninstalled Nord VPN
It worked after I did those steps, but when I re-installed Nord the problem cropped right back up. I think Nord may have been causing the issue. It wasn’t even activated, I think it just being installed was causing problems.
maybe Nord needs updated driver? also when clearing network stuff “arp -d” will clean up the ARP tables as well. probably not needed for you now but just something for the general knowledge.
