Account Renewal Activation

Hello,

I am a school teacher using this program in my music class. Last fall, I had a similar problem, where I had paid for the program and it took a week to be activated. I had tried to avoid this problem this year by paying for a renewal earlier (Beginning of august). Now it is the middle of September and my previous subscription has run out and my account has been deactivated again. This is frustrating because I am right in the middle of teaching my class, and I can’t go and grade assignments, look at student work, or let my students save their work they are doing right now. Is there a way that I can have this happen during the summer, or the account can be automatically activated?
