Submitting theorytabs with parentheses in them will throw a 404 due to incorrect symbol encoding

it should take you to https://www.hooktheory.com/theorytab/view/saba-lou/good-habits-%28and-bad%29 instead. also fix the tab in the 404

Confirming that this still happens! The TheoryTab itself submits successfully, but you think it didn’t since you get a 404.

It seems like this bug extends to dashes, and possibly other characters.
