Problem to access Hookpad+

I payed to access hookpad+
On 13/3/2017 but i cancel my subsciption, but i still have this month payed
And i recive email saying that.
“Your subscription has been successfully canceled. You can continue to use Hookpad+ through 2017-03-12.”

But when i try to access i get stuck on the page to chose a plan…

Hey not sure what happened there. Your account should have remained active for the rest of the month. I extended you another month out to 4/12/17. Sorry for the inconvenience.
