Melody notes don't work

hi, I just purchased the product…when I click on the melody notes they don’t work…any recommendations? thanks

to add to this…the first note works but when I click on the number for the 2nd note it doesn’t work

@Garyo what OS and Browser are you on? Do the keyboard shortcuts work? (numbers 1-7 on keyboard)

Hi Dave, I am on Windows 10 with Explorer…Nope that ‘actual’ numbers 1 to 7 don’t work…thanks Gary
