I think that people who have bought the ios app should be given access to the online version of the book.
I saw somewhere that you mentioned this is not currently possible because of apple but I have a possible solution.
Make the ios version free, then put a login inside the app. When you login it can check if you have paid or not for the book access online. Same deal as when you log in on a web browser.
