I paid for a one month subscription, and it worked well for some time. however the next day, it told me that I needed to buy the subscription. I checked my bank account and saw that the money had been bounced back from hook theory, and that I got my money back. I decided I’d try it again, and see if that helped. After I did that, it worked once again for a day, but then the next day it stopped. I checked my bank account and this time it didn’t bounce back and it just took my 5 dollars.
any idea on how to fix this?
