New user here just testing out the program and upon trying to export tabs to a PDF file - I see an initial screen that says file is loading - then suddenly I get the invalid error message stating that the site can’t be reached or is off-line. Anyone know anything about this? Than

Figured out that the error was due to the lyrics being present. Seems in order to export that the lyrics must be turned off.

Exporting should work fine with lyrics. Could you send your username and the song that is having the error to support@hooktheory.com? I’d be happy to take a look and figure out what’s going on.
I was not using the underscore protocol properly within the lyric fields - this seems to have been what was causing the error… Using “underscore” " _ " and spacing properly to align lyrics within the bars and measures has resolved this issue. Thanks
Great, thanks for letting me know. I’ll look into the underscore code and make sure that this doesn’t cause a crash when it’s not used right.
