Can't load Orchestral or Hip Hop Band Templates

Selecting either of these gives no loading bar, immediately shows the toast for “The band template X has been loaded”, but nothing changes in the Band panel or audio. Changing to any other Band template works fine. Win10/Chrome88

@aprice42 thank you for the detailed bug report. Will get this resolved shortly.

@aprice42, these templates appear to be working on our end. Are you on the latest version of Hookpad (we just pushed 2.19.2)?
