I had purchased the hooktheory but i cannot export the midi.

Make sure that you have done a reload to get the current version (2.24.3) There were some issues in previous versions.

I still cannot download the midi.

same here, I cannot download my song via midi although I just paid for it.

what version are you using? 2.26.2 is the latest (i’ve seen) and your browser, OS, etc can all play a role in restricting the download(s).

Same here, I just purchased hookpad, and cannot export MIDI. Thats the primary reason I purchase it today and its not working. I’m using 2.26.4 version.

@FLA5H I logged in for you and MIDI export appears to be working fine, can you provide more details as to what steps you’re taking and what isn’t working?
